Sample Exercise

Below are diagrams of sample exercises. When beginning a chosen exercise, set a goal to complete the number of repetitions that matches your age, and then periodically increase your goal. For example, if you are 8 years old, start with 8 push ups. If the exercise requires a certain amount of time, perform the exercise for a duration of your age in minutes.
