Health & Fitness Fest 2023
Join Licking Memorial Health Systems, Denison University, and the Licking County Family YMCA for the Health & Fitness Fest, from 12:00 Noon to 3:00 p.m., on Saturday, April 8 at the Licking County Family YMCA Mitchell Center.
Youth will visit various activity stations located throughout the YMCA including Bubble Soccer, Zumba, gymnastics, free throw shooting, an obstacle course, inflatables, face painting, balloons, and more! Participants who complete a total of eight activities and health screenings at the event will be entered into a drawing for great fitness prizes. The Health & Fitness Fest is free and open to all youth in the community. Youth must be accompanied by an adult. Healthy snacks and beverages will be provided.
